Currently undergoing radiochemotherapy to rectal lymph node and have gone from diarrhoea to suddenly can’t go to the toilet at all! Wondering whether I have a blockage? Going for radiotherapy tomorrow anyway, but anyone had any similar experiences? Thanks, bit worried
Barneygirl,
Relax tonight and talk to the team tomorrow. .if you have more discomfort than, ahem, normal , call the number for further advice. Stress affects all sorts of motions.
I did call Triage but in the end it was the lovely team in Radiotherapy who reassured me all was well and this is perfectly normal about half way through treatment!
