Hi everyone. I have just been diagnosed a week or two ago with womb cancer. I occasionally feel terror, but often feel unbelievably positive and optimistic which scares me as I am not usually like that - I'm a pessimist! It makes me worry more bad news will knock me off my feet. Anyway, I don't know where to go to ask my question which is if anyone has had 5-6 months on Megace while they lose weight for their hysterectomy, and if it there is any chance things won't get worse in that time. I'm too fat for the operation at the moment - which I'm ashamed and angry with myself about - but what if it just spreads before the surgery? Anyway, has anyone been in my shoes? Also, do you all think every ache and pain is a spread? Thanks
