I am looking for informal walk+talk groups for women who are going through or have completed treatment for breast cancer?
I'm in my mid-50s and based in SE London.

If you are able to get into central London, there are excellent services at Future Dreams, which is close to Kings Cross and St Pancras. It’s a specialised breast cancer charity.
If you are wanting to be active, move against cancer offers support groups at parkruns around the country, 5k - your way. You can walk, jog, or run, or of course volunteer. https://www.moveagainstcancer.org/5k-your-way/
