My ex husband whom I have an ok relationship with, post divorce was recently diagnosed with a grade 4 glioblastoma. His relationship with his girlfriend has been on and off over the last few years, most recently (2 weeks ago) he was moving out. He has now said to our adult children he is getting married so that she is financially supported. Obviously that is his choice however they are finding this very difficult to deal with. She has never had a relationship with them and goes out of her way to be nasty and awkward.
how do I help to support them?
