Hi, I was diagnosed with a grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma ER and PR positive and HER2 negative. Was completely out of the blue following a routine mammogram. Not sure if I’m the sort of person that likes to know everything or whether I would just like to leave it to the medical staff to guide me. I’m probably somewhere in between. My emotions are very up and down but I’m hoping that once I have the op I will start to feel a bit more focussed. I know that they will be looking to see if it has spread to my nodes. Does anyone know how long it takes before you know what the outcome is?

Welcome to the online community, I'm Daisy53 one of the Community Champion on the community. It usually takes about two weeks for the results to come back. Once you have your operation things should start to improve for you.
