hi we really need someone to engage with us and help us navigate end of life care and any other helpful advice you mite be able to give us . My father in law was engaged with mcmillan as he was diagnosed with bowel cancer, since then hes had a stroke and is currently in tameside general where his heart and kidneys arent doing so well. They are currently waiting for a upturn in his medical well being or the other way when end of life care has been agreed upon as a suitable option if he does in fact not respond . We are tottally out of our depth where social services are asked to step in with care packages or maybe a hospice , benefits advice as money isnt something we have for care , my mother in law needs a lot of support as her health is deteriorating also . Please we need help
