My father has been diagnosed with advanced prostrate cancer which has gone to his bones,he will be starting a course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,he is 81 and has been told the treatment will be harsh and will have to go every day,he will have to make his own way to north mid hospital which is about 35 miles away, can he get transport?
Hi Juliebells I'm sorry about your dad's diagnosis. I'm pretty sure he would qualify for hospital transport. I would contact his treating hospital and try and arrange it. Also if you have any local cancer charitys they may be able to help. Sending hugs. X
