Hello community.
I have been diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma and have just recently had my third round of Chemo.
I just feel angry all the time and while I understand it is a common side effect I am unable to manage it and I am scared I will push the people I love away.
Does anyone have any tips on how they coped?

I am Mike and I help out around our various Lymphoma groups.
I have been on my Lymphoma journey for over 26 years diagnosed in 1999 at 43 with my first type os T-Cell NHL…… reaching stage 4 in Oct 2013 when my second type of T-Cell appeared but I am over 10 years out from my last treatment and continuing to live a great life.
I had no problem with anger…… I was just thankful that my 2 rare NHLs were treatable and do remember that this period of time is going to pass.
