my partner has recently been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer and it is also in his bones and lymph nodes.
I have noone to talk to and don't know what he is facing or what to expect and it is scaring me to the extent that I am barely sleeping or functioning when alone.
When I am with him I am the strong one and let him talk, cry and everything in between.
I just dont know how to even start to help myself

The community is made up of numerous cancer-specific groups, one of which is prostate cancer. I'd like to suggest you join us and repost on there. We have many members, including partners of men who have PC, and you'll find practical help, plenty of support and guidance there.
