Hello. I’m feeling scared and lonely and so worried for my husband. He was diagnosed with stage 4b lung cancer at the end of last summer. The treatments he’s had have not worked and I’ve been told that things are likely to accelerate now. He’s so cold all the time, he looks awful, his weight is dropping, his cough is getting worse, he doesn’t feel like eating. I don’t know if he realises how poorly he is becoming. I don’t know if he’s scared. I don’t even know how to talk to him. He’s only in his early 50’s and a non smoker but I think I’m watching his body starting to close down and I want to make it better but I know I can’t. I don’t know what to do or say.
