My daughter has been given a diagnosis today of ''Invasive ductal breast cancer ER+ PR- HER2+''
I am at a loss as to how to help, I barley even understand what that means
Would be nice to connect with survisors of this particular type of cancer
Hi islandgurl
Welcome to our community, I hope you find it both informative and supportive.
There is quite a lot of information on the main site about breast cancer that should help you understand the terminology the doctors use and also what treatment options might lay ahead for your daughter.
There is also a very supportive forum here Breast cancer forum which you can look at, join and ask any questions from people with lived expereince.
You mght also like to look at our Family and friends forum as our friends there know what it is like to help support someone who is trying to support someone else, it is not always easy.
<<hugs>>
Steve
