My mum has been diagnosed with bladder cancer. It’s spread to her pelvic bone. She became ill in November and went into hospital in January. She was told by London hospital that there’s nothing more they can do, due to her age and being frail. She’s now in a nursing care home. My problem is, she don’t look ill. She can’t walk now and her urine has blood in it, with backache too. We are told she has less than yr to live. I think she’s fine. think I might be in denial. How do I come to terms with it? What am I expected to look out for to know she not gonna get better. Never had to deal with cancer before. Thank you for reading.
