Hello, my dad has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer. He had a nuclear med scan to see if it has spread, this was over 2 weeks ago and we are all on tender hooks waiting for the results. The hospital haven’t advised who will contact with results either, and he has been given an appointment with the oncologist on 8th April which seems a long way away.
He isn’t coping well at all and none of us really know how to help him. Just thought I would reach out to see if anyone could give any advice.

Thank you xx
