I have just had a second breast cancer, same breast therefore this time a mastectomy, but lymph nodes clear. I was on letrozole for 4 years, now they want me to change to another medication for another 5 years, either tamoxifen or exemestane but I have to decide which! Part of me says just to stop taking anything, I got a recurrence on letrozole after 4 years anyway. Does anyone have a similar experience?
