Newly diagnosed DCIS

Hi I was diagnosed with DCIS in early November. Since then I have had three biopsies and an MRI scan. 2 calcifications were diagnosed as DCIS but very small no more than 5mm. I am waiting for the final results of the third biopsy in order for treatment to be decided. I am so confused about what I can ask for in terms of surgery and whether I have any say. The issue is that the two areas known about are at a considerable distance apart and to avoid removing healthy tissue the surgeon would like to perform two lumpectomies. I on the other hand would like to have a breast reduction considered as I am a 36G and at over 50 have very heavy, droopy breasts that cause me discomfort. Whilst the surgeon has not ruled this out, he would prefer to carry out one surgery on one breast called a round block surgery. The other breast will be left as it is (already slightly bigger than the affected breast) I'm worried about looking completely unbalanced post surgery. Something he appears not to be concerned about. I would prefer a wise pattern surgery in which both breast were reduced. Am i being unreasonable? Has anyone else faced these kind of concerns? No decision can really be made until after the final results of the last area of concern but I feel not listened to and worry about the next meeting where I will be told what will happen to my body and I will have to live with the consequences. Very upset and worried right now. Any words of advice please?
