Morning all
i had colonoscopy just before Xmas sample confirmed positive and ct mri scans done this week, so I’m now in the waiting area between test, diagnosis and whatever comes next. I’m really struggling now to keep on top of not just sobing all day. To top it all wife spent day in hospital yesterday with a stress induced vertigo attack.
now I feel I can’t share with her because I’m scared to hurt her.
the mdt meeting will be on Monday so hopefully I’ll get call early next week but the days seem so long. In still at work at the moment but as a lorry driver I have long periods on my own which is not great.

We all deal with things differently but I found what helped me was trying to continue with my normal routine whilst also finding time to do things that I enjoyed so that I had less time to think about the 'what ifs'.
