Hi everyone I have just joined the community as I found a lump on my breast Thursday night. Got an appointment with my GP Friday they have put in a referral into the breast clinic. She said try not to worry but easier said than done. All I have done is Google since I found it. The worry and anxiety is so hard especially knowing I need to wait weeks to go to the clinic. With all the stress I thought I best to find people who know about this so I joined the community.
This forum "new to the community" is a catch-all group but not everyone visits it. There are many separate groups for each type, so can I suggest you copy your post into this group ->
and I guarantee you will find people happy to help and share experiences. We've all been through the horrible waiting and uncertainty you're going through right now. It does get better. And you're right that talking to people who have already gone through it really does help. Good luck xx
