Hi, new to the group, had my op just over a week ago and have noticed this cording, read up about it and then as stated, contacted my breast care team, I really thought they would be able to show me how to help myself but didn't seen interested, just told me to massage it, is this normal practice as I've read that you need to be shown how to massage by a specialist physiotherapist, feeling a bit let down tbh
