Endometrial polyps (pre cancerous)

Hello everyone.

I’ve just joined as I feel like I need to speak to people who understand.

I had a lot of spotting outwith my period a couple years ago and was found to have 3 polyps grown in my womb. They were found to be pre cancerous and I was treated with the coil.
my subsequent biopsies were normal but now almost a year after having the coil removed I had a another biopsy to check and the doctor has said the cells show signs of change.

has anyone else been through this? I don’t have any kids and was planning on starting a family soon so as expected I’m heartbroken because it feels like I can’t move on.

I know it’s not the end of the world and I should consider myself lucky but I also have a history of cancer in the family so I would appreciate any advice or if you can share your experiences. Heart
