Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of 2023 and I had a lumpectomy. Shortly afterwards I was prescribed Letrozole. There didn’t seem to be any bad side effects at first but I’ve been struggling for a while now. I’m getting very down and forgetful and I forget the words I’m looking for in a conversation. I’ve read information online and apparently brain fog can be a symptom of Letrozole. I just wish that they had told me about possible side effects. I’m trying to lift myself out of the depression but it’s very hard.

I’m Anne, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community, and although I had breast cancer I didn't have Letrozole.
The online community is divided into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the breast cancer group as you'll then connect directly with others who have the same type of cancer as you.
