We're both very emotional, and still coming to terms with 'stuff'
Hello jacqrf18dc8
A warm welcome to the Macmillan Online Community, although I am so sorry to find you joining us. I am Brian one of the Community Champions here on the Community and I am in the 4th year of my personal Prostate Cancer journey.
The hardest part of the journey is the testing and diagnosis and once you are sorted out with a treatment plan, life will be much better and you will settle down to the "new normal".
The Community is divided into cancer specific groups or forums so please do join us on the Prostate Group. Here's the link you need:
Once you click on the link and the page opens up, click on "join" on the black banner at the bottom of the page. Once you have joined our band of brothers you can introduce yourself in the "New Here - Say Hello" section. You can either copy and paste or repost the post above or make a new post. You will then "meet" others on the same or similar journey and we can help with any questions you may have - nothing is too trivial.
I look forward to "meeting" you again later on "our" part of the Community.
Best wishes - Brian.
