I am having trouble sleeping
Hi Molly, and a warm welcome to the forum, though I'm so sorry you find yourself here, sadly cancer, whether a loved ones or yourself, especially at the beginning, waiting for tests/results then diagnosis/treatment is especially difficult and affects the sleep of many of us, but there are many things you can do to help you sleep. I see you've joined the cancer chat forum, on which is the awake all night thread, where there are a few of us who have/had problems sleeping, can I suggest you put your question on there, their a lovely group of people, who will happily help you anyway they can. I look forward to seeing you on there, and if I can help you in any way please feel free to ask.
Eddie xx
