Hi. I was diagnosed with early lung cancer and my right upper lobe was removed in June. The cancer has been removed in its entirety so I am very lucky. However I am now struggling with the enormity of it all and have worries about it. Also I am still breathless and coughing alot even though my consultant says I am physically ok. I need someone to talk to
