Hi I have prostate cancer gleason7 (3+4) psa 18.1 T2 cpg3 pirad 5 left apex transitional zone pirad 4 right apex transitional zone my treatment plan was 20 sessions of radiotherapy plus 6 months ADT but after reading some horror stories I decided against ADT my radiotherapy starts in 11 days time but now I'm worried I should have taken the ADT
I know everyone is different but has anybody else not taken ADT with the same scores I have above and how did it work out for them
