Hello. My husband has finished chemo (hopefully for good) as the consultant thinks that the lung cancer is now scar tissue. He is on 3 weekly immunotherapy. for an unspecified time.. We would like to go to Cyprus in October and would value advice re insurance . I would prefer him to be insured rather than use an Ehac card
Hello Tilly92
We have a dedicated forum for travel insurance and here's the link you need:
Travel insurance forum for cancer patients
I am typing this sat on my balcony in Turkey . To get the best cover (not always the best price) we spent time contacting the various insurance companies by telephone so they knew our exact requirements and circumstances. In the end we have a joint annual policy with insurancewith.
Good luck with your husband's health and I hope you sort something out.
Best wishes - Brian.
