Hi I'm new to this forum and I'm absolutely petrified.
I have been on mini pill x 2 for last 20 years due to bleeding .
In this time I've had odd bleeding but more so recently when nurse dropped my pill down to 1 tablet.
I had a large bleed in January which was like a proper period and a few weeks ago ...kind of breakthrough bleeding.
Mentioned to my nurse and has sent me for ultrasound.
It was an internal scan and the lady who did the scan said that my cervix wasn't the right shape and that I should get checked out at drs.. s
Was seen by a doc last night who has seen the scan and looked at my cervix and she said it was enlarged and then went into let's get bloods as oncologist gynae will want a ct scan and need a kidney function as they put dye in. I am no longer bleeding as back on double pill I'm now waiting to hear from the fast track team to have an appointment but I have just crumbled......I'm having panic attacks, can't sleep or eat....the wait is agonising......has anyone else had experience of enlarged cervix?
