Hi, my dad has had advanced prostate cancer now for almost 5 years, I’m very worried about him and wondered if anyone could help and give me some advice

he’s been poorly now for 2 weeks, very tired, weak, no appetite and has lost weight, a few days ago he could not urinate so a catheter was needed, however when the nurse came she was really struggling to insert it and was going to send him to the hospital, she tried one last time and it was a success, my dads been on antibiotics for a uti for 5 days now, however he just remains unwell, he’s waking up sweating and is very tired. He wont go to the hospital (he’s to frightened)

Just click on the link I have provided and once the page opens up, click on "join" on the black banner at the bottom of the page. Once you have joined the group please either copy and paste or repost your post in the "New Here - Say Hello" section.

I can assure you of plenty of help and advice - I have prostate cancer myself and spend much of my time there.

    Best wishes - Brian.
