Hi Scarlett, I am the same, have just recently been diagnosed with Sarcoma, I am trying to be positive about the upcoming treatment, I literally can’t stop thinking about it and can’t think of life now any different. I feel envious of people not going through this too. It’s weird because I have the most amazing family and work colleagues who are so supportive but I can’t help feeling alone in this.
I too would like to know how to get through this but maybe doing this now is a step and knowing we and so many others are going through the same emotions. Just a little tip which I have always used and even more so now, I have one of those sleep mask headphones and link it up to meditation on u tube. Might not be your thing but it calms me and makes me sleep without my head whirring.
Hi Scarlett and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I’m Anne, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community and I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022 so understand some of your feelings.
The online community is divided into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the breast cancer group, which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support.
To join, just click on the link I've created and, once you've joined, you can start a new post in the same way as you did here and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
It would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
Hi L2109 and a very warm welcome to you too.

You haven't said what type of sarcoma you've been diagnosed with so below are links to our two sarcoma groups:
