I'm terminally ill with metastasic breast cancer. I take abemaciclib tablets for chemo. My stomach hurts every time I eat. It doesn't seem to matter on the type of food. Anyone familiar with this, and have an insight/solutions?

I’m sorry to read that you have a painful stomach after eating. It must be very unpleasant.
The online community is divided into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the secondary breast cancer group, which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support.
