Help - I’ve found a lump

I’m sure nobody else is crazy enough to still be awake but I’ve just got up and made a hottie, spilt hot chocolate down myself, and then found a lump whilst changing my top. Trying not panic and consult Dr Google - any advice?

Hi Jlizzie

The best advice would be to make an appointment to see your GP. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about but always safest to get it checked.

Hi Jlizzie,

I found a small lump a couple of years ago. I rang the doctor and was seen that day. Was referred on 2 week pathway but she didn't think it was anything to worry about. Was sent to the breast clinic, where they did a mammogram and you got the results straight away. They thought mine was a cyst but removed it there and then, to send away for testing. Got the all clear a couple of weeks later. It was just a cyst!
