Hi there... I am 2 days into finding out that I have grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma in my left breast and I feel completely overwhelmed by the amount of information that I need to get my head around.

My consultant has advised me that my first course of treatment is to have a mastectomy which frightens the life out of me, so looking for some support from ladies in the same position as me or ladies who are on the other side.

I don't know whether to reconstruct using tissue an implant or a bit of both. I have existing implants, but I'm not entirely sure what happens to the other breast. I have so many questions...
