I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in November 24 after testing positive for HPV. My diagnosis is: FIGO stage 2B grade 3 squamous cell carcinoma cervix -p16+ive

I have just started chemo radiation and have just finished my first week. I must admit it’s taken the wind out of my sails! I’m so tired already. This is mostly due to not being able to sleep at night. I have since got something from my GP to help me sleep. Pray
my biggest problem at the moment is that at every radiotherapy session I seem to have too much gas in my bowels. Can anyone please help with this.

Please come and join us in the Cervical Cancer group and we can have a chat there and you can meet other ladies who are going through/have gone through this treatment. I had the same stage diagnosis as you more than 6 years ago and have been through chemoradiation.

If you click the link I’ve made here it will take you right to the group where you can copy your post.
