I’m scared I’ve got a large lump on my leg have had an ultrasound but it came back inconclusive
now not even two weeks later I’m having an mri on the 29th this month
im scared it might be more then just a lump as cancer does kind of run in the family but it’s bowel cancer that does that
this is all new to me I’ve had pain and tingling and other stuff with this lump it has stopped for now but it makes life very difficult
Hi Ruby1218 and a very warm welcome to the online community
It's natural to be scared that the lump you're having investigated may be cancerous but it's good that you're having an MRI in a few days time to find out what it is.
If it does turn out to be cancerous you'll find lots of support within this community.
I'll be keeping everything crossed for a non-cancerous outcome.
((hugs))
Thank you I just feel I need to talk to people that know what it’s all about
my work are being very helpful with everything they told me to go to the doctors again about it as my first doctor who I saw about it dismissed it but my doctor I have now is concerned as she’s said it has grown considerably since it was first noticed
and has changed shape and all of that and is hard now
so I am hoping it isn’t what I’m thinking but fingers and everything else crossed x
Has the doctor given you any indication of what this could be?
