I’m scared I’ve got a large lump on my thigh but it’s changed and has been giving me loads of pain

It's natural to be scared that the lump you're having investigated may be cancerous but it's good that you're having an MRI in a few days time to find out what it is.

If it does turn out to be cancerous you'll find lots of support within this community.

I'll be keeping everything crossed for a non-cancerous outcome.

Thank you I just feel I need to talk to people that know what it’s all about 

my work are being very helpful with everything they told me to go to the doctors again about it as my first doctor who I saw about it dismissed it but my doctor I have now is concerned as she’s said it has grown considerably since it was first noticed 

and has changed shape and all of that and is hard now 

so I am hoping it isn’t what I’m thinking but fingers and everything else crossed x

Has the doctor given you any indication of what this could be?

No nothing 

she’s rushing everything through it’s been just over a month since I went and saw my doctor first about it and everything is going very quickly appointments have been very quick so far seems every two weeks I have another hospital appointment but no one is telling me anything yet they just get that serious concerned look and say nothing 

So I’m still in the dark at the moment myself and lumpy need to part ways  but he’s not to happy about that but hopefully I will know more soon
