Hi im Simon 57 , diagnosed  with stage VIA prostate cancer in July (T4 N1 M0 Gleason 4+5 (9) grade 5) Triple treatment + radiotherapy .

been doing the cancer thing on my own , been tough sometimes,  its taken 19 - 20 weeks for my first chemo, I have my second now tomorrow on 24th December.

been very disappointed  in the whole care thing for the start , I don't have a GP I can confide in when they can't follow simple request. iv'e been poorly informed along this road , ive pretty much had to find all the information myself , there is not a lot of information about my cancer so took awhile, I'm thinking of giving up treatment and just having palliative care with the darolutamide (NUBQA). im not the best patient , I don't suffer bul**hit or boll***s, I have my 3rd chemo on the 14th jan with an oncologist appointment , and I decided  that day. its taking up to much of the valuable time I have left and the quality of life its giving me at the moment .and the reality of it is its your fight , you decide to fight or just die , not them. stay strong , keep fighting and make good memories .
