Has anyone on here been diagnosed with Metaplastic breast cancer? I’ve just had an update on my biopsy results. They originally thought I had sarcoma but have now discovered it’s actually not. I will need chemo to start with but wanted to know other people’s experiences
it is localised but am worried it’s elsewhere and they haven’t found it. I’m a single mum to a 2 year old so it’s not going to be easy

I can see that you joined the community a couple of weeks ago when you thought that you had a sarcoma. I can see that one of the other Community Champions signposted you to the soft tissue sarcoma group.
Now that you've been diagnosed with metaplastic breast cancer I'm going to recommend that you join the breast cancer group, which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support. There you may find others who've been diagnosed with the same type as you.

It would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and proposed treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway.
