My father died of this and I have noticed some symptoms that relate to this .. is this hereditary ( my mother and step father smoked alot around me as a child ) and I smoke too after a mugging some yrs ago and the stress of that .. what should I do

I am sorry to hear about your father and your concerns about yourself…. The best thing you can do is go see your GP and talk this through as they will be able to assess you and if needed do further tests.
