I have sage 4 incurable bowel cancer and I am looking for travel insurance. . I know I probably won't be able to get cover for the cancer itself and may need to have a policy with exemptions.Can anyone recommend a company?

Unfortunately it can be more difficult to get reasonably priced travel insurance when a cancer diagnosis is involved.
The online community is divided up into dedicated support groups and I can see you've already found and joined the travel insurance forum for cancer patients forum.
Have a look through the threads there called 'Recommended Travel Insurance' and Recommended travel insurance 2023-24', which you'll find on the first page. They are full of recommendations from other cancer patients who have got reasonably priced travel insurance.
