After a trip to Rome my husband got food poisoning He was Discharged from hospital after a week with 3 days of oral antibiotics for campylobacter . Diarrhoea stopped for 5 days then started again . Went back to doctors did nothing said it will go. 9 days now since it started again no sign of any improvement . Tried everything that internet says nothing works. We feel so alone . Hes lost  so much weight I feel like im watching my husband wither away . 6 weeks ago he was fit healthy and chopping trees down getting really strong again . Now he is weak tired and has gone down two sizes in clothes and still losing weight . Im at a loss its horrible to watch him wasting away .  The fact he has no stomach means its more crucial to stop the diarrhoea .
