Did you mean to post this in the thymus cancer forum rather than the New to the Community forum? The New to the Community forum is like the reception desk where we point people in the right direction to get help depending on what type of cancer they, or a loved one, has.
Cancer Research has this information about it but their information says that you can only get it as part of a trial.

The NHS is using Grail in its Galleri trial and it's not available privately. There is a private test called TruCheck which costs in excess of £1000.
We have one patient in our Head and Neck Cancer group who was picked up by Galleri
