Hi I am on the breast cancer group too under the same user name. I'm one of the lucky ones as I'm successfully through my treatment and should be happy right?
I'm looking for support in moving on now . I have questions about improving my concentration at work, sorting out priorities and resuming normal relationships. This is tough. Someone warned me I might feel a dip afterwards. I didn't expect this though.
Any help or points appreciated xx
Hello OnlineSally Great News - Treatment over and back to normal - well yes you should be happy but life after cancer takes some getting used to .Below I have attached a link to some of our publications you may find helpful in providing support moving on.
If you have "Maggies" near you - they are a great place to nip into for some extra support after your treatment has finished Again details are in the link below.
I hope the above is of help - If I can do anything else for you please let me know.
Best wishes moving on - Brian.

Hi OnlineSally You might like to look at this essay by psychologist Peter Harvey. He writes about the stages of recovery
I found it very useful
