Kidney Cancer AND Ovarian Cancer (Awaiting Surgery and Confirmation)
Anyone else in my position?
Did you find getting information straight forward?
Did they update you and let you know what was happening?
Did you feel you had a good understanding of your situation and what to do, particularly around questions to ask, who to chase and where in the pathway you were?
I think Im doing something wrong!
Hi again StayAGhost sorry to hear that you are finding your journey challenging.
To get the best support could I suggest you put up posts in both our Ovarian cancer support group (that I see you have already joined) and our Kidney cancer support group as these groups are safe places to talk to others with a similar diagnosis, treatment experience, to ask questions and get support.
The New to Community section is like our reception desk where we look to direct new members to the best part of the Community for them to get support…… so this means that not a lot of members who have connected into our cancer specific group will use this area of the site.
