Hi for the past 5-6days I've been so ill and now I can't move properly at all my hole body is in pain and I been being sick and coughing and swelling on my neck and pain in my shoulders I've done research on Google but it just comes up with cancer stuff so I'm worried i might have cancer I'm 17 as well

I'm sorry to read how ill you've been over the last few days and it's natural to fear the worst.
The best thing that you can do is make an appointment to see your GP as they will be able to organise any tests that are needed to find out what is wrong.
In the meantime please stay off Google because, as you've found, it will always come up with a cancer diagnosis even if you don't have cancer.
