Please can someone give me some answers or advice please.

I don't have any experience with "loss of fatty hilum in lymph nodes" but can see that you've joined the head and neck cancer group so wondered if it was related to cancer that you've been diagnosed with in that area of your body. If this is the case, then starting a new post in that group should mean that you'll get group members from there popping on to help if they can.
