I lost my soul mate, partner, best friend 24july 2023 to throat cancer, he was only told December and had to make a choice of living for 3 months or having a major surgery which meant he lost his voice box, he choice the surgery which in 1 way I was so happy but if I knew then what i know now would i have changed his mind or will I always feel the pain of being selfish and hoping for more years, I miss him so much

I'm so sorry to read that you have recently lost your partner to cancer.
Please do follow Thehighlander's advice, in his reply to your previous post, to join the bereaved spouses and partners group as that is the best way to connect with others who have lost a loved one to cancer.
