Where do I start. My wife of 23 years passed away 14 days ago. I have tourettes syndrome and adhd. My brain hurts my body won't stop ticcing I can't focus on anything, the days feel like one blur.

She was diagnosed with stage early stage 1 stomach cancer on 7 August 2023 and passed away on 24 August 2023 which was the day before her first chemo session.

What now. Where do I go from here. How do I get rid of the rage and confusion.

  • Hi  and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is a supportive place to be.

I'm so sorry to read about the recent passing of your wife and it must be an incredibly hard time for you right now.

The online community is divided up into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the bereaved spouses and partners group which is an online bereavement support group for widows and widowers to share feelings and emotional support.

To do this just click on the link I've created and, once you've joined, you can start a new post in the same way as you did here and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
