I unfortunately have lost my soul mate, best friend, partner at only 58, i lost my dad when he was only 59. I have a few friends and wonderful children yet I feel so alone, guilty
Hi Walfin I am so sorry to hear about your lose, my sincere condolences.
At times like these it is good to talk with others who are also navigating these very challenging times, with this in mind you may want to consider joining and posting in our dedicated Bereaved spouses and partners support group, a safe place to get support.
There is quite a lot of information in What to do after someone dies and many hospitals have bereavement services who may be able to offer support.
The Macmillan Support Line is open 8am-8pm (timings may differ across services) 7 days a week on 0808 808 00 00. This service provides practical information, emotional support, benefits/financial guidance or just a listening ear.
((hugs))
