Lumpectomy

Hi all, 

I have stage 2 invasive ductal oestrogen receptor positive in my right breast, finding it really hard to sleep due to discomfort/pain any suggestions??

Plus having a lumpectomy in a couple of weeks, which is the better sports bra for after surgery ?
