Hi Cmck and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm sorry to read that you've recently been diagnosed with cancer and I know the feeling of shock when you're told.
The online community is divided up into different support groups where you can ask questions, share experiences and get support. As you haven't said what type of cancer you have, you could look through this list to choose the appropriate group for you. Alternatively, you could tell me what type of cancer you have and I can then provide you with a direct link to the group.
Once you've joined a group you can start a new post in the same way as you did here and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
It would be great if you could pop something about your diagnosis and treatment so far into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.

Hi Vegaa chic and welcome to the community
As I mentioned in my reply to Cmck, the online community is divided up into different support groups and I'm sure you'd benefit from joining the soft tissue sarcoma group.
If you'd like to join, just click on the link I've created and you can then start a new post introducing yourself to the group.
If you need any help navigating the community just drop me a line and I'll be pleased to help if I can.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
