I have just joined and need to tell my advice about getting ripped off. I went to Canada last year with cancer and had to pay nearly £2000 pound.
Same story this year but refused to pay it even though I have been cleared of cancer after a 4 year battle.
A good friend said to me have you tried the bank for insurance, he has recently beaten cancer. The next day I was ar the bank enquiring and I have now got holiday insurance for £20 per month. All we had to do was upgrade our account.. This includes cruises and USA
I am now insured but the cancer is exempt which I found was near impossible to get.( computer says no )
Please at least try the bank because when macmillan says 1 in 2 people will get cancer the insurance companies are rubbing their hands.
Good luck
MIKE
