PSA. Level has been 0.17 ish for 9 months finished the hormone and radiotherapy treatment about 6 weeks ago, but how long will the hot flushes and debilitating fatigue continue?
Some days I wake up and feel a massive black cloud over me, sometimes I can barely speak, then about 4-5 hours later it slowly lifts.
My muscle strength is low, energy levels vary from low to fair, I can manage about 2000 steps a day.
My midrift is still too big, I’m trying to eat sensibly to no avail so really…….. I worried about sinking into a depression.
So any advice please I’ve been told vitamin B12 could help.

Sometimes it’s helpful to ‘talk’ things through, you can do this on the Macmillan Support Line open 8am-8pm (timings may differ across services) 7 days a week on 0808 808 00 00 or via Webchat and Email too. This service provides cancer information, practical information, emotional support or just a listening ear.
Talking to people face to face can be very helpful so do check to see if you have any Local Macmillan Support in your area, do also check for a local Maggie's Centre as these folks are amazing.
